Amen. Amen. Amen. I have NEVER been a lackadasical thank you writer…but in the days after Little G was born things got out of control. I did eventually write all of those thank you notes, but the ones for anything that trickled in down the road never got sent. I couldn’t even get it together to find a post it note to write down the gift and giver on it to save for later.

Sigh.

My sister’s card said her ‘other’ gift to me was to not write a thank you note and I have included that sentiment in every baby present I have given since!!

ANGEL! Hey - it’s Alicia, the Brave family friend! How are you doing?! I have to laugh - I am obsessed with WeddingBee.com and stumbled upon a post that you responded to - I don’t know many “Angels” and just for the heck of it, I clicked on it and found YOU! Hows the baby? How are you guys? I’m still kind of upset that I wasn’t able to attend Ren’s funeral with my mom and brother. I had my soon to be step-son and my boy to watch over that week. But my heart goes out to you all. On a lighter note - My mom said she got to hold your little girl - I’m jealous! My “little one” just started preschool this month! You got a great deal, Nikon’s are great cameras. I don’t really think you can go wrong with a Nikon or a Canon for that matter. Though I prefer Nikon myself over the other brands.

HI! Thanks for the lovely post about my site. I’m so glad you enjoyed it!! Since your post is wedding-themed, thought I would share a piece of advice I haven’t posted yet, I would love your thoughts:
#245: There are a few important pieces of wedding day wisdom.
If you decide to have a wedding keep these time-tested nuggets in mind on the big day: Remember to eat; Wear comfortable shoes and underwear; Focus on what it is really about (no one cares if the tablecloths are the wrong shade of yellow); and have sex that night. That last one is harder then it sounds.
