New Cell Phone Law Begins Today

Sorry for the absolute lack of blogging lately; I’ve been out sick and well, the computer has been the last thing on my mind this week. (Bad blogger…no biscuit for you!).
But, I couldn’t let this go without posting. The much talked about cell phone law takes effect in Washington State today. What does this mean for the wedding world? Well, if you have a hands-free device, not much, but for the rest of us who haven’t converted…watch out. This means vendors and brides and grooms alike. And let’s face it. So much of wedding planning is done via cell phone, it’s hard to get around. So just be careful out there. No one wants to get pulled over for cell phone usage on the way to a tasting.
To read more about the law check out the Seattle PI article here.
hope you’re feeling better. i’m so not a fan of the new law. i see cops driving around on their cell phones all the time…i even see them typing on their laptops while driving…how is that legal!?!
anyway, wanted to let you know i put a little link love on 122rollcall. hope that’s ok!

Thanks, Ms. 122 and thanks for the link love! It’s great to see more local blogs out there.
Yeah, that’s kind of funny…I saw one going through an intersection on his phone the other day. I had to shake my head. How is that fair? Of course, if I ever get pulled over for a cell phone violation, I probably won’t mention that.
